    need's may be too great
they require a sort of psychic ability to anticipate.
a sort of standing on toenail's waiting to be barked at.
a sort of hyper-vigilence that is beyond mere mortal's.
  calm
  meditation on a lit white candle.
  settled
it begin's again.
 long beans
red rice cakes
dim sum
served up with respect
the interrupt's
     intrude on my self-care.
begin again,
settle,
  one white candle,
all served up with respect...
yet again,
calm
   candle
   breathe
     nourish
i am the fire i have just walked through...
